It can realize the integrated linkage with the robot for three-dimensional surface welding, and can also independently turn over (change), manual welding or processing operations, etc., because the servo CAM turntable has high positioning accuracy and long service life, it has been widely used in various forms of displacement mechanism, replacing the original gear return support mechanism. There are three main types of positioner:

1. Servo CAM turntable three-axis two-station positioner (I-type positioner or welding workstation)

The servo CAM turntable at the bottom drives the I-shaped body to turn 180° to realize robot welding while loading and unloading parts, so as to improve the working efficiency of the positioner. A servo CAM turntable is installed on each side of the I-shaped body to drive the workpiece to turn over, so as to realize different welding positions of welding parts, and adjust the turning Angle arbitrarily within 360° to meet the welding requirements of the workpiece. Suitable for some frame shape sheet metal welding.

2. Servo-cam rotary table L-type position changer (L-type two-axis simplex position changer on the left, L-type three-axis simplex position changer on the right)

The L-type positioner is suitable for the welding of square or irregular shaped bucket parts (such as excavating buckets of excavators).

The vertical servo CAM turntable drives the L-shaped mechanism arm to turn over (360° arbitrary Angle), and the workpiece is installed on the servo CAM turntable at the end of the L-shaped to rotate (360° arbitrary rotation). The arc welding of the curved surface can be realized through the two-axis rotating linkage with the robot. On the basis of the two-axis rotating axis, a linear lifting axis is added to become a three-axis linkage to maximize the welding of the space surface. L-type positioner has two simplex positions and three simplex positions.

3. Servo CAM turntable single-axis simplex position changer (with end support)

It is suitable for the welding of long workpiece, and can use the tooling bracket for the flip welding of long and special-shaped workpiece. The structure is simple and the cost is low, and the working principle is similar to that of the I-positioner.
