3, see whether the output end face is hollow: when the hollow hole is fixed, choose DT, DA CAM splitter, and when the hollow hole is synchronously rotated with the turntable, choose DFH CAM splitter. What's the difference between DA and DT? DT is thinner than DF, DA is thinner than DT, DA is more suitable for installation in a narrow space, the same type of DA to withstand the load torque is larger than DT, but DA shunt is only suitable for output side up installation.

5, look at the weight: in general, 45DF weight 10 kg, 60DF weight 20 kg, 70DF weight 35 kg, 80DF weight 50 kg, 110DF weight 80 kg, 140DF weight 150 kg, 180DF weight 200 kg, and so on.


6, look at the speed: the faster the input shaft speed of the CAM divider, the greater the inertia generated, the larger the separator type required. Professional engineers are required to calculate the torque value according to the diameter of the turntable, load weight, speed, etc., through the torque calculation formula. Considering the safety factor, it is necessary to enlarge the model size of the splitter by 1.5 times, and then find the model size of the splitter through the torque value table in the data.
