1. High accuracy: the repetitive accuracy of the reducer and welding positioner can reach 0.1 mm.

3. Strong applicability: The primary function of the welding positioner is to flip and shift the workpiece during the welding process to obtain a good orientation and meet the quality and appearance requirements of various objects.


4. Reliable operation: the base of the rotary table of the positioner is welded with thickened profiles and steel plates. After annealing treatment, the quality and accuracy are reliable.

6. Check the rollover drive.


(1) Oblique transmission should be stable, no load shaking, the whole machine does not overturn. If the load exceeds 25 kg, it should have a power drive function.


(2) There should be a limit device and Angle indicator for controlling the oblique Angle.


(3) The inclined arrangement should have a self-locking function and do not slide under load.


7. Check the rotary drive motor.


(1) The rotary drive motor should complete stepless speed regulation and braking.


(2) Within the speed range, the speed fluctuation under the load does not exceed 5%.


8. Other aspects


(1) The rotary table should be equipped with conductive equipment to prevent welding current from passing through bearings, gears and other transmission parts, and the resistance of the conductive equipment should not exceed 1m, and its capacity should meet the requirements of the rated welding current.


(2) Its control part should provide an active welding linkage interface.


(3) The structure of the operating platform should be easy to grip the workpiece or fixture, and its structure can also be negotiated with the user.


(4) The exact data of load, offset and weight should be clearly stated in its operating instructions.
